Unlimited 60 Day Full Refund Warranty For Any Reason

At SportTeaser Inc. we are so confident that you will be completely satisfied with our product that we are offering a “no questions asked” 60 day return policy. We will replace your product or refund your purchase price at your discretion for any reason within 60 days of the purchase date. You can simply return the unit to us in its original condition.

The buyer is responsible for shipping the unit back to SportTeaser Inc. All returns must have a return material authorization number (RMA#). Please call 828-684-1960 or e-mail support@sportteaser.com for RMA# and shipping instructions.

Limited One Year Product Warranty

SportTeaser Inc. will replace or repair your product within one year of the original purchase date if it has defects in materials or workmanship. The buyer is initially responsible for shipping the unit back to SportTeaser Inc., but we will refund shipping costs if a manufacturing defect is found. Disclaimer

SportTeaser Inc.’s soft-top teaser reel systems have over 200 offshore hours of product testing without any failures. Our products are manufactured with top grade materials. All of the screws shipped from us for assembly are coated with Vibra-Tite threadlocker. Buyers must periodically check all screws and bolts for tightness. If the buyer ever replaces any of the screws, we recommend applying a threadlocker to the screw before replacement. SportTeaser Inc. is not responsible for damages due to improper installation or lack of routine tightening of all fasteners.

Shipping and Delivery Policy

SportTeaser Inc. is committed to providing quality products and fast delivery. Our goal is to always have inventory available for all products. Items in stock will be shipped within three business days after order completion. There may be times when we are out of stock on certain items. Our manufacturing capabilities are set up for quick turnaround. If you order any of our products and we are out of stock, we will notify you with an expected delivery date. You will have the option of requesting a refund if items are on back order.

All of our products are shipped via United Parcel Service. You will be provided with an order tracking number and payment verification in an e-mail. North Carolina residents will pay 7% sales tax.
